And that is it right there. For the guys following this thread and think they want to trade you have to get off on it. I am up at 11:30 at night researching charts and reading reports and news for tomorrow.

Well it's 2am and I'm back testing this week's trades against some new ideas. Eventually it is probably counter-productive given I do have to get up while the market is still open in order to use them.

I think I'm going to drop the hammer on some gold stocks today (friday). AIG didn't have a very good thursday and friday is going to be just as ugly.

Yep that's just my point. No one will ever know everything and that's one of the things I love about it I am always learning. As long as the lessons aren't to expensive.
 
I spent well over 1000 hours looking for the "System" that would not lose, guess what it's not out there lol. I can hit 80-85% winners and what really changes the game is money management, if I risk 50 points I want to get 75-100. That put's you well over 90% if traded right. I STILL close winners too fast but taking 100 points on a 50 risk is good MM to me. Just part of the game ;) Also got long USD/CHF @ 1.0435

The stock market is a scam. I only invest my money in black jack tables, slot machines and of course strippers cause we all know how well those investments pan out....LOL:cool:

Ryan, when's that Ferrari gonna be in your driveway?????

LOL, I think he should get a stable of used Corollas instead of the F430. An F430 is about 250K, so if you get a used Corolla at say 5 grand, that's 50 Corollas. That is roughly a new corolla each week for the entire year. NOW THAT is SO BALLER!!!

Hey man if you don't know what you are doing those investments are about the only ones that will panout. lol Shit man it's all luck anyway ;).
 
Haven't seen too many appealing moves since about 11. Shorted MER but didn't get much out of it.
 
Might end the day early. Everything is going flat, I'm just sending money to zecco.
 
Did 40 round trips today on priceline, only had one losing trade today. Also I covered my FSLR short for a 3k gain. Expect it to tank now that I am out. Crazy people at Citi put a 450 price target on FSLR. I f we get above 295-300 I will short again. Doen 2k on my C but up 1k on the puts so I am locked at max loss right now. I am going to add to C on Monday.
 
I finally bought some stock I'm actually planning on holding. Picked up some CME and MRO, only got 25% of my full position though in each. Valuations are still high IMO on most stocks but this week brought most of them down a little closer to reality. Brokers are still high and some tech names are still high.

One of these days within the next few weeks gold is going to roll over hard. then there is going to be an "oh $hit" moment across all commodity trading floors, especially if the dollar ticks higher. After it all settles that'll be the time to get long crude and ag again for more than these 10 min trades I've been doing lately.

I just got this feeling like I am going to make a bunch of money today. Woke up feeling that way. I feel asleep last night at 6 pm and slept through until 8 this morning. FEEL GREAT!!!!!
 
I got up @ 6 and feel like I didn't sleep a wink.
 
My sleep sucked last night but I will grab a nap today sometime. Nap time is about 1-2 then 4-5 if I need 1 more ;) I would do it in the AM but I have to watch the price is right and 2-3 is Jerry Springer and cheeters.

I had huge draw downs the last two weeks because i was just being stupid and trying to protect myself from risk and i would jump out of trades too quick right before they worked in favor. Had i traded the rules I built I would've made lots of money, but i've corrected my errors and i'm going to trade textbook this week.

Today i've had two textbook setups, managed perfectly... and I made money.

This week i'm going to try and take EVERY setup that I take and manage them exactly per my rules. Gotta get back up on the horse and start making this work.
