Friends, I had the same thing happen to me. Went around a corner and was too agressive on the throttle; car went into a spin (like a spinning top) and ended up in the middle of the road -- was very lucky.
Has anyone heard of this happening with other mid-engine sport cars, e.g. Ferrari or...
No more scraping than with stock shocks. There have been no problems getting on lift at dealer or Autowave. I also have the 15 mm and 25 mm spacers and they really make a diff.
Love it.
I have installed Bilstein shocks on the lower perch with the stock springs.
I initially installed Comptech Sport Springs with Bilsteins but the ride height dropped about a half inch after 6 months and the rear tires wore down to nothing. I found that if you go with a drop that is more than...
I have heard both and I have the GTLW on my 97 NSX. I personally prefer the GTLW for the great sound, low mass and great performance. I watch this board often and see many people get other exhaust systems and then sell them for the GTLW. Go for it.
Dave G,
What upgrades have you done to your Kaiser? I have the Taitec GTLW, Comptech headers, DownForce AIS, Bilsteins on lower perch. Have you considered the CT SC?
Hope this works out for you. I have Autowave do work for me and my experience tells me they will get it right. Trust them.
Let me know how this turns out.
Are you happy with the SC? Was it worth the cost?
Kim
Hi Dave, that was me with my son Jonathan in the 97 Kaiser Silver NSX at Balboa. We love to go there. We used to go to Crystal Cove often. Great to meet you. Hope we run into you down there some time soon. I would like to see your Kaiser 99.
Any comments on the quality and fit of the Shine Project NA1 Front Chin Spoiler from SOS? Pics please.
I am thinking of replacing my stock '97 chin spoiler.
Thanks
Kim
