The way it was explained to me is that in a hard corner, all rubber bushings in suspension compress and at the first chance [lack of grip] they uncompress, creating the snap and that a mid-engine doesn't help because the car rotates on its center.
I'll be interested in what the big dogs say.
Do you have a lower chasis bar installed [as a modification]? That can clank on the sway if something else is off.
The Lower Chasis bar can be seen running close and parallel to sway, infront of spare tire, above battery tray, if you have one.

Question: Why were the rotors re-surfaced? I was under the impression that rotors should not be resurfaced,
only replaced [ maybe in the old days with a GM car but not with NSX].
My sense is that the divider window fogging on the engine side is caused
by water left over / sprayed up on engine from a previous car wash. It only seems
to happen about 5 minutes after starting the car, then dissapates.
I replaced all nuts with new ones from Acura. It took a week for them to come in at dealership and it cost for the Fed-x. It's your suspension! I'm not messing around with other parts from other places when we are talking suspension and driving the car hard.
I'm sure McMaster nuts are fine but...
