I feel like driving 500 miles down there just to check it out in person.

Update:

I have some bad and good news...

I just spoke to someone else besides Peter at Downforce, and he informed me that we need to wait for another 1 week to 1.5 week.

The good news is that it's almost done....

Ok here some more good news. Finally the OEM engine cover stays came, so I can begin assemblying them onto the covers. I wanted the covers to be just as good as the factory. I will let you guys know when it's done so I can get them shipped out.

Oh no...Downforce (especially Peter) is the one that rocks to provide us with great products. I'm just glad that he gave me an opportunity to start the group buy for his new product. Once I get it, i'll take a lot of pictures to display their product. I can't wait.

Update: 9/25... I hate giving out expectation of dates so I won't mention one. I just spoke with Downforce; and they're working as fast as they can to get it out to us as a group. As soon as I hear something, then I'll let ya know.

Ok guys, the covers are almost ready. I will be accepting the first 5 payments on the list and have them ready to ship out on Wednesday of next week. So whoever is on the first 5 list please email me.

PS. I am not working in the office anymore and so the new contact would be Ben or Ray. I feel that they are better organized and can provide better service. I get to do what I loved to do best, which is hands on work in R&D. Right now we are in the process of moving so I am busy with the setup or machinery, permits, licenses and layout of everything.

I dont want to accept any payment until I have it ready to ship on the same day. I felt bad last time I had the RWG problem and didn't want to do the same thing again. These covers were done long ago, but I just wanted to add more stuff to make it better. I don't want to send the first 10 people these covers and then make the next batch better. I want all my customers to get the same quality. I also threw in free clear coat which was not part of the plan in the beginning. Most of the wait is on the OEM stuff that are hard to get because no one ever orders them so Honda does not stock them. For payment I can accept any type such as Credit card, personal check, money order, etc. You can just call in and my guy can take care of the order.

For those ordering the LIGHT TINT LEXAN:

Pick champagne, BUT make sure you put a note during checkout that it's the light tint that you want if that's your preference...instead of the champagne tint.

I'll post lots of pictures once I received them.
