Bonez,

I hope you can make it. Would love to see your car with that GroupM.

I was looking at the map and wondered which freeway to take. Since I don't have the exact meeting location, I'm only assuming that it is somewhere along 101 and 33 along the coast.

If that's the case, may be it is a shorter distance for the OC/SD folks to take 5 to 101 instead of 405 to 101.

Either way, I have meeting places in Irvine for either 5 or 405 freeway.

John, exactly how far is the meeting place from where 5 and 55 meets? I want to caravan from Irvine at 7:30 if it is going to take a couple of hours to get there. I want to make sure that we can make it there before 9:30. We need to fill up near our meeting place.

According the Yahoo map, it is around 108 miles. Could you confirm?

Check your email tonight or tomorrow night for the official announcement as to where the meeting place will be. If you need to know NOW, just private me. There are plenty of gas stations within 1-2 blocks of where we are going to meet.

BoneZ, first I heard of you wanting to go. Did I miss an email or payment from you? Private me @ john-at-anytimeracing-dot-com and I can take care of it for you. If anyone would like accommodations, let me know and I can guide you towards NSX friendly ones(many as close as 3-5 mins away).

We will be starting the morning route between 9:30-9:40, so leave yourself some time to grab your T-shirts, routes, radios, gas, eats and nature calls.

Be advised, if you want a custom avatar on your shirt pocket, email Marc at nsx-at-1017-dot-org what you want or it will default to a standard imola orange NSXPrime logo.

John

Ok, here are the t-shirt proofs as of this morning (Tues):
http://www.anytimeracing.com/t-shirts.pdf

EMAIL ME ASAP at nsx"at"1017"dot"org" if you still have any change requests, because we need to get these printed and ironed on to the t-shirts.

Craig- email me your new better quality avatar and I will update the database with it.

T-SHIRTS T-SHIRTS T-SHIRTS T-SHIRTS T-SHIRTS T-SHIRTS!!!!

We did not think to ask you this on the entry form, but the question did come up.

What size to you want???

Please private me ASAP with your request so we can put the right avatar on the right shirts. We only have a certain quantity of M, L, and XL shirts. If we don’t hear from ya, we are gonna have to either guess or give you what’s left.

Im going to remind you to email back your size when I send out the meeting place directions tonight.

From what I can see, there are 10 of us heading up from the SD and OC area along 5.

I think Conrad and Randy are coming up from SD. Randy, have you decided to go there the night before yet? In OC, I think Gil, Dave D, Dave G, Scott, and Cory can meet in Irvine.

For those of you I've missed, if you are interested in caravaning with us, please private me ([email protected]). As soon as I have the meeting place in Ventura, we can talk about where to meet in Irvine.

I'll private the 8 of you for an OC meeting place. Please also let me know if you have the club radio already. If you are planning to pick up the club radio in ventura, we can always use a more common FRS radios, so that we can talk while we are driving up to the final meeting place. Not as good reception, but it beats talking to yourself.

Hey NSXY,

Thanks! Look forward to check out your exhaust. I just want to hear it from inside and outside the car while it is moving.

Hi guys! Nice forum you have here! I'm a newbie introducing himself. I've acquired my Zanardi NSX back in November of '01 from Sierra Acura of Alhambra and I just luv it!

I've never had the genuine opportunity to run the car aggressively on canyon roads, but I'd like to jump on the chance this Sunday. I was wondering if it's not too late to sign up for this event. Please advise.....
Thanks in advance!

Oh yeah I'd like to know if it's okay for me to take my S2000 to the meet instead. Since it's my daily driver I'm more familiar with it, and I feel more confident driving it to its limits. If not, then never mind the idea, call me a moron and just shoot me...

...I'll take my Zanardi instead.

Bring the Zanardi, you won't be driving it at it's limits. That happens at the track, this is on public roadways.

We may go at a sprited pace now and then but you should never (and wont have to) go faster than what your comfortable with.

This is just for fun...and anyone will agree, wrecking your car is NO FUN!

Zanardi50,

Happy to see that you can attend, I am right around your block, we can meet up and caravan together with my friend Lawrence (94 black). I have seen your Zanardi at the Sierra Acura showroom. That's where I purchased my 99 also. If anyone else would like to caravan from the LA area, please let me know.
