i havent had to change mine, but typically the theromstat is inside the water neck housing on the engine block. Remove water neck housing and its sandwiched between it and the block with a gasket. At least thats how "most" cars have them.

i bought my 91 with 79k miles on it, i'm the 3rd owner (legally anyway....) its got 84k on it now.

The dealer here qouted me 1700$ for the clutch, and 1300$ for the install. But then again thats why most people here refuse to use steven acura. I think even Shaun Ray refused to use them due to their pricing. They qouted me 2400$ for the timing belt/water pump/seals and fluids service as well.

1.) The odds of finding a 91 nsx still in snap ring range is pretty slim, most if not all of them have had the issue corrected. 2.) Eh if you follow the service schedule i believe the timing belt/water pump service at a dealer is around 2400$ 3.) Havent had this issue 4.) Mine was recharged...
