Can you get some close up on the welds?

I can but the final production header will have much cleaner and stronger welds than this prototype. If you go to www.zerotek.net and check out our Porsche 996 headers, you can see the quality of the welds, flanges and piping. Again Lifetime warrenty, so no worries! =)

Why not the adaptors? I have a '96. Are they extra? How much for headers? How much for adaptors? When will they be ready? 20 filled, will the group buy still be available for more of us since no exact price or date has been given?

Oh, sorry for the latency! :redface: It's a Supra specialist shoppe in towne, and the owner/proprietor is a good friend. For a small batch, if not just a handful, that's what anticipated cost would be at most. This would of-course mean the best grade stainless steel for the application, as well as mandrel-bends, welds, and other specific things. Making more would lower costs, but of-course.

Obvious disadvantages: time for R&D, donor headers/exhaust-manifolds, NSX for fitment/install, usual caveats of one-time runs, etc'...

A ready-made product from an established vendor w/ positive relationship w/ other import-communities is definitely preferable. Good to see ZTek's work w/ the P-car bunch!
