Looks like Vettel was watching too much Trump - denying reality is new thing from him.
Nothing like this time - he's playing a fool. Because he isn't one. Hamilton was very reserved about saying anything - I think he's waiting on published telemetry. Regardless though, Vettel I think matches Ferrari spirit very well - noisy screaming in your face but with lesser result relative to the overall investment. It was fun to watch though.Nope, Vettel has always had a different perspective of reality, just look into some of his clashes with Webber back when. But I thought he had improved in recent years, but I suppose the pressure of being in the championship hunt does colour one's perspective?

The race as a whole was interesting, but the circuit is a joke.
How so?
The lack of adequate cranes or lifts to move stranded cars off the circuit; the lack of course personnel (with brooms, etc) to clear debris off the track. Compare to Monaco or Montreal, it has a lot to improve towards.
For a street course; the circuit is ok, too narrow in most places, but it did yield passing and required a balance of speed and downforce.
As for Hamilton and Vettel, Hammo will dry hump you, then talk smoothly about it in the post race interview and blame you for chaffing. Just ask Rosberg? Vettel is no angel, but doesn't claim to be. Probably shouldn't have hip checked Hamilton, be he also didn't dump him, either.
It's one thing to pull up next to Lewis and "wave," but to swerve into him, that's insane.
If you look closely you can see he didn't mean to do that. He was just sloppy.
Wonder if that bump caused Hamilton's restraint system issue. That would be funny.
Call it as you see fit -> https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DDLpvqrXgAAAToD.jpg photoshop can do wonders
FIA has adjudicated.
Vettel apologies [again], all sorted, lets go racing!
I read both McLaren drivers will have the full updated PUs for Austria, and with no further penalties to boot. Autosport are calling it Spec 3.0. when everyone who has been following it knows it's actually the Spec 2.5 Let us hope and pray that -
a) it's totally reliable,
b) the power gains make a difference on the track!
Have I jinxed it already??
