Project: Widebody - 02 Conversion

Hey everyone. I still have a few things to put together before I take any pics. I've been in and out on day trips with my family this weekend. Hopefully in a few days I will get done what I need to and post pictures.

(P.S. one question, you know the polystyrene sheets, what kind of glue do you use to stick them together so I can make parts that are deeper then 1 inch?)

Spray adhesive (3M Super 77)

Here is a couple of pics. Still have a bit to do. I get the wheels in tomorrow I'll take more pictures in the next few days.

ITS BEAUTIFUL!!!!
hell of a job

funny wheels and hood gap?

Still rolling on the stock 15 & 16's... for another day or two.

The hood needs to be shifted up a bit. Still adjusting the lights, hood ducts etc.

The rear end is one bad ass looking car!!!! Thanks for keeping us updated the whole time!!!! Great looking car!!!

Holy Crap thats amazing. Great work! Following this thread has been better than a serial novel! Kudos for following through on your dreams and making them work. The rear taillight treatment is stunning. Looks like an F-car. Combined with the hood its almost F50-ish. Everything on the car works beautifully. I have to agree with everyone else, please make a plug and play kit for the taillights, you'd make a killing! I think the weakest part of the nsx's design (which dates it) is the talilight and lack of styling options. What you have accomplished is simply incredible.

OK, enough bootlicking...make it already!

Nice work on your NSX! Very creative and very clean work!

Awesome. Need to see side view to see how short the bumper is. Nontheless a beautiful sportscar.

Jeff!
Un F*&$*# believable!

Dont want to jump the gun but congrats for the workmanship and patience!
I bow down to Vrooom

As I posted earlier, I am working on a cnc'ed exhaust tip (similar to the Koenigsegg). That is still on my to-do list.

I'm actually working on a new splitter for below the bumper. The center will be slightly raised (like the Veilside lower section). I'm even thinking of making it adjustable. The Sorcery style splitter is great for racing but looks a bit monolithic on the street...

I put my wheels on today. It looks like it's a 4x4 nsx. I'm lowering it on Saturday. I post some new pics then. Thank you for all the kind words. I hope to meet some of you at NSX events in the future.

Jeff
