Hello, I am a good friend of RudeBoy_baby_NSX and since I know he frequents these boards quite often I thought I would let everyone know that he was in an accident this morning in his nsx and has been airlifted to a trauma center. He appears to be doing fine however the car was destroyed.

From reports it was caused by loose gravel on a highway on ramp causing the car to spin out and go through the wire retaining wall... reports also say the car burst into flames and the jaws were used to remove him

He was the only car involved

I will post more when I hear and hopefully he will be back soon to give a full report

Please keep him in your thoughts!!

Thanks,

In our prayers!!

Holy cow.

I hope he is well. I bought my LE28s because of seeing his car with them on.

Glad to hear he appears to be doing fine. He can always get another NSX. Our payers are with him.

My thoughts are with him and his family.

Tell him when you see him, the prime members got his back and get well soon!

I hope he makes a speedy and full recovery! The NSX can always be replaced....

A 31-year-old Waterloo man was airlifted to Hamilton General hospital with serious injuries following a morning crash on Highway 85.

The man, driving a black Acura, had turned onto the southbound on ramp from Northfield Drive at about 9:15 a.m. when he lost control of the car and struck the guide wire, said OPP Sgt. Muriel Boles.

The front end of the car remained wedged under the wire on the right side of the roadway as Waterloo firefighters worked to free the trapped driver.

Police shut down the southbound lanes of the highway for about an hour to allow the air ambulance to land on the roadway.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash and the injured man was alone in the car at the time of the accident, OPP said. Police are still investigating the circumstances of the collision.

Glad to hear that he's doing ok now... wish him a speedy & full recovery!

Sorry to hear the terrible news. All our best to him and his family.

Just to let everyone know - He has been released from hospital with only minor injuries! The safety of the car saved him...

You will prob hear the full story from him very soon on here!

Hi all..I am not trying to be a downer here...but thank God for the NSX!! I ahve friends who were in similar accidents in Corvettes...and they both have brain damage...the NSX is a very well built car...and it shows - as Rudeboy was able to walk away without any long term injuries...maybe our choice of car has a few more added features that we forget about...

Glad to hear that Rudeboy is okay...thank God...
