NSX vs Murciealago

Your point is to show us how bad another car beats our car's ass? lol... is that for the delusional ones that thought they could out-accelerate a Murcielago? who here thinks that other than Armando? the guy with this imaginary 700 something HP NSX... yeah he is a bit dilusional.

Armando how come we never see a video from you? huh? here you are the king and all I have ever seen are some photoshopped dyno sheets. I'm onto you buddy... Its like the guy that always talks about his super hot girlfriend yet you never see her. 740 HP... I'm with ya....

The part that I dont like is you did not pass the Lambo but I know if you had the power to do it you would have Because I know I would have done it. If my NSX had 500hp I would be useing them all the time. They should out law beer cause more drunks kill people than street racers. I dont drink so any one who does is stupid to me.

I can vouch for Amando's Nsx. At.Nsxpo in Orlando last yr, I was driving behind him, we were going 60 or 65mph on a major hwy in Orlando. He punched the gas the WHOLE BACK of the car broke loose for about 3 or 4 seconds. The car has some CRAZY torque  I know someone started a thread about what they thought was done, but who cares. He paid the money, now he has the car to back it up.

This other guy is definitely in a world of his own, posting street racing videos of cars he knows for a fact will spank him. To top it off, giving the reasoning he thought someone would want to see how bad a Nsx would be beat, is beyond 99.9% of anyones comprehension on Prime, for the tpye of cars he is trying to street race. And endanger others, FORGET about HIM!!
The other GOOD POINT mentioned is that most other people do other things that are just as bad. Talking on the ph!! Eating and driving!!
What sets him apart from others, is even though some MIGHT POSSIBLY do the same. They are SMART ENOUGH to NOT POST it on Prime, or YouTube or wherever

I don't know why we have NO VIDS of the two fastest NSX's. I don't think that Murci could take either Armando's or Danny Young's car. They would probably leave the Murci like the Murci left the NSX in this video. But all I can do is sit and dream about it.... *sigh*....

How fast my car is or isn't has absolutly nothing to do with this thread.

As far as you dreaming step up and build up your car.

Everything is hypothetical until proven on the road / track. I thought the Z06 would blow my car off the road until I actually raced one (with a good driver) several times. The NSX was able to hang right with it through curves. Auto mags tend to be all over the place with how well a car really handles/accelerate. Only real time driving provides any proof. I ran right with a Diablo on the road due to the fact that Diablo was a little too heavy. The Murcielago has no trouble. Now there is proof of this (not talk or stats). If you don't like doing this on the street then go to the track and back up claims of hp / hypothetical scenarios with some video evidence. Anything that has not happened is just imaginary.

So it is okay for your friend armando to floor it at 65mph and lose the tail for a couple of seconds and you are flaming the thread starter for driving recklessly on public road? What is the difference?

So it is stupid for the thread starter to post his street racing on prime and youtube while you are not stupid to post here that armando was flooring it and losing control of his car on the highway with your encouragement?

Please don't be a hypocrite and impose your double standards on others.

BTW i do not condone street racing or reckless driving. Nevertheless i am guilty of doing so from time to time when i lose control of myself.

Let he who has not sinned cast the stone but sinners please keep your double standards to yourself.

Lol, thats funny  The GOOD thing is NOBODY, including ME  on this thread has said anything about ENCOURAGING any type of bad, reckless, or careless driving.
Not speaking for the Thread Starter. But i know Armando is a experienced Track Driver with years of experience. Which means he is used to driving his car on the TRACK at hi speed, and keeping the car in control, and knows his car very well. And sure as Heck is smart enough to know not to chase somebody thru the streets. He takes it to the track for that, i'm Happy to say

My car is still under warranty brother. I am not sure how they would take it at the dealer if they ask "what's that bottle?" and I say "that's the meth, please don't mind that"....

For God's sake just make a video already.

Armondo is a show and shine guy!

I wonder how well it would do vs NSX in the turns since I have never seen someone push a murcie on the track?

An NSX would eviscerate that silly looking overweight Italian piece of shit in the twisties.
Do a search on YouTube for Motegi Battle. If the NSX hadn't overheated towards the end of the last lap it probably would have won the race.

Lamborghini doesn't have much of a racing program, in fact they have none. Kind of like your body not having a brain. Lambo specializes in building "cartoon character" cars that start falling apart after a few years and require constant service and repair. The recommended service life for a Murci's clutch is 9000Km. Great engineering job Lambo!

Most on here have spirited drives from time to time, the difference is knowing when and where to do so. Please don't compare a few short bursts of speed on a 5 lane highway to a two lane suburban street flanked by driveways.

i don't support the OP in anyway, however it doesn't matter if he did this where everyone can see it COULD have been dangerous and you did yours in a 5 lane or 10 lane highway. Bottom line you both were wrong; should you have been spotted by the cops, you'd both be getting the bookings. In comparison, now if someone cheats on a wife/girlfriend at a public bar/club where her friends frequently visit Versus someone cheating at a discrete MOTEL on some abandoned stretch of land. you'd both be in trouble IF your woman were to find out eh. You won't say well " i wasn't hurting you because i was doing it where i was certain no one would see me". again i don't support neither but i try to avoid bias decisions as well.

As far as the immaturity statement...that has little relevance. i'm in my early 20's and have owned my nsx for a few years now. 90% of the time i drive like and old lady, yet whenever i do take the car out for a drive to NYC on I-95, there are always a few older porsche/corvette gentlemen that pull up to my side and punch it in an attempt to instigate a pursuit. maybe it's because my car looks aggressive:confused: Point being immaturity is across the board, to say it result of the depreciated value of our cars is not the complete story. At the last NSX STOCK i was one of the younger ones and i could very positively say that some of the much older people were pulling some pretty immature feats while driving. i could go on and on about how hypocritical alot of the posts are but again we are all busy men with better things to do.

But to the OP- it may help to try the track next time though:cool:

I think alot of you guys need to calm down. That was hardly a "street racing" video. It was a downshift and keep up for a few seconds and let off video. Geez louise people. Are you really that friggin' touchy? I didn't cut anybody off, didn't have to dive on his brakes, didn't do anything but follow another care for a few seconds and stop. What the hell is the matter with some of you?

I think the underlying problem is that the OP posted several different threads with various similar vids against different cars. It appears to be a reaction, my own included, to a sudden multiple thread creation all involving various aspects of street racing through residential areas. I think one random vid would have gotten some reaction but it was the combination of multiple recent postings that caught the attention of most persons who naturally are concerned about the potential consequences of street racing in a residential area.

Another person who believes in double standards and having houlier than thou attitude.

I guess there are only a handfull that ever go past the speed limit then huh? But how many do so on a regular basis, video tape it and post the videos online?

Armando

Hmmm...got to love how the second video had music playing that was saying "why do we pick our place in the sky"...dumb ass should have thought that song choice through further. To answer the song in association with the video well...because you street race you idiot.

Real drivers race on the track where it matters. I don't care how much hp any car has and how good a driver you think you are...

That's why my NSX has a seperate set of track wheels and tires...

cool vid...i hang out with a couple guys who have Murci's. and alot of G's also. I pull the baby bull pretty well. never ran against the big bull....

its funny how 2 years later people still call out armondo...even though its all proven and everything else....

same people used to call me out...saying "just build the turbo" crap....

we like to think this forum is "above" or "better" than the rest....doesnt seem that way to me, just smaller

keep the videos coming....just dont hit anyone

crap excuse...build the car....

warrenty would only work as an excuse if it was for sure 100% going to blow up. since you cant make that claim, actually it goes the other way that your chance of a problem is nill, using the warrenty excuse is a cheap cop out on why you havent/wont build it.

the warrenty you value (ie the reason you wont build your car), only has value if used. since you cant say for sure you will ever use it, does it really have value?

i have some turbo piping in the garage is you want it...:)
