Factory 2013 NSX info sent to dealers

No Jeff from Vtec.net actually saw the car and said the Holiday auto pic wasn't close at all.

If the new nsx looks like the avengers car, then it's not the car below, is it?

I actually like the car below more than the avengers car. What is it called?

NRZ

Still a work of scultured beauty, and the first Fazz I would seriously consider owning [if I ever won Lotto]

Strange is not always a bad thing. I would add one to the collection too if I hit the lotto. I still like the concept version better though

A very excited owner of a Acura dealership called me and said "Joe, it's going to happen and I'm going to use all the influnence I can to get you one of these when they hit the U.S.".

I want one. Any color. I want one.

For sale: One farm. Good location.

For sale: One old NSX. Batteries not included.

Exterior aside, the interior upgrades are going to be the real killer when compared to the old NSX. Once you tool around in the Audi R8, all the modern bells & whistles really shine.

lol, Awesome...

N Spec, wow, what a resemblance between the 458 and HSC!

Thanks for putting those 2 next to each other so one can no longer argue HSC is not good looking.

I think the HSC looks even better than the 458!!!

Now I'm just gonna say this...

This time around Honda is really making this like the real deal, if again for one reason or another this is all hot air I'm going to be quite pissed off.

Well he actually indicated it looks very much like the Avenger car.

Btw are you Dave?

Dave?? Oh HELL NO! My car actually has paint and not just primer:biggrin:

I've been checking the R8 V8 price and just can't see how Honda would price the NSX 2.0 past it. The V8 R8 will be the new NSX's major competition. Which is a good thing since everyone had been calling that fat German usurper the new NSX. Plus the new R8 will be dropping at the same time with at least 450hp from the reworked V8. Gonna be a good fight.

Hows about some color?

:eek::eek::eek: That blue is so sweet! Dude can you through that same shade on the Avengers car??

Mid engine with a 255 front tire and only a 275 width rear? That concerns me why such a small rear tire and a fairly even stagger on a mid engine car. Sounds more like a GTR tire package. Im afraid the car will be a pig.

I can't see the price tag being no less than $125,000 with the current technology. I personally feel it'll be in the $150K range.

Even the original MSRP from the 90's NSX in today's dollars is roughly $102,000.

Yea me too... I thought that it must have been a typo when I read that... it makes no sense

funny thing though is that Billy has praised the gtr's performance in the past,so if honda can make a heavy car feel nimble then bring it on.

Wow your really think that. So many of you are saying that I just can't see a V6 going for that. Porsche could charge that. Audi does for a V10 but Honda charging that for a hybrid. Guess we'll see in less than a month

I don't think I've read anything about the transmission on the new NSX yet.

Any rumors?

I hope Honda doens't ruin the party by not providing a true 6 speed manual option!

Desertwind - nice work but we already confirmed the new NSX won't look like the ones you worked on ... so this is not helping too much. It'll look more like the Avenger car.
