well, I have seen these seats in person at a shop I frequent. I like them alot and am considering getting the kevlar version of the mugen style...
as far as the copied version stuff I have read on here I know these are not "exact copies" because I sat in one at the shop and well I am around a 40" waist and aint no way in hell a normal mugen seat would fit my big ass lol :biggrin: they have just taken a great design from japan and made it more suitable for us big americans :tongue:

went and met Johnny he was the HID specialist but was kind enough to take the time with me and show me a couple sets of seats, they are awesome looking! will be getting a set of the type 1's as I am about 220 and they fit nicely :tongue:

im interested in a set of those kevlar Recaro seats but one question-why one seats kevlar bright and drivers darker?
cuz we didn't have the same kevlar from recaro. all kevlar from different factories are different.

Any problems with the sides hitting the door when it closes? They look pretty wide.
nope they do not hit the side at all , and there is alot of head clearance for the top of the seat too to the headliner.
Are any of these seats available in leather? NSX looks great!!:biggrin:
Can you recover in leather? I think the cloth seats look kinda cheap in a car that came with leather....Just my 2cents!! p.s seats are smoking otherwise!!:biggrin:
do the new reclineables come with buddy club sliders too?
