Kelvin had mentioned leaving Phoenix around 9am. And depending on the location where you leave from, it will probably take about an hour and a half to get the the Biosphere. Therefore, we would be at the Biosphere at 10:30am. We could take the tour, etc. and be ready to go around 12:00pm. Just an idea, but we can eat lunch at the Biosphere before we head down to Old Tucson. The drive from the Biosphere down to Old Tucson will probably take about an hour to an hour and 20 minutes depending on traffic. So, if we leave the Biosphere by 1:00pm, that gets us to Old Tucson around 2:00-2:20pm. That should give us plenty of time to walk around and catch a few shows, etc. Then we can plan dinner somewhere on the west side before the Phoenix crowd heads back north.
Of course this is just my $0.02 and if anybody else has any other ideas, please share them.
***Also, if any of the other Tucson people have the Entertainment Book, the Biosphere and Old Tucson have buy one admission and get one free.***
What type of food do people prefer for dinner? Here are a couple of restaurants on the west side that I have personally tried.
Daisy Mae's - Steakhouse
Mosaic Cafe - Mexican
Rusty's - Bar & Grill
Bianci's - Pizza/Italian
