Ok, we need all those who have a preference and/or restriction to chime in!

Nov 2-4:
- (2) weeks before F1 USGP in Austin
- this will let all those going to be in Austin Nov 16-18 attend this 2012 NSteXpo-NSX'Craze
- I will unavailable, but it's not that big of a deal as Ko-NSX, Kenny_Thompson, and others will be involved and active in planning/hosting
- I appreciate the input to have me accommodated (thanks Tommy & others!), but let's try to have the event that can be doable for the most NSX'ers

[II] Nov 9-11:
- (1) week before F1 USGP in Austin
- this will likely exclude a handful of enthusiastic NSX'ers who will be in Austin Nov 16-18 w/ plans to attend the F1 USGP
- I will be available, along w/ being able to offer accommodations to NSX'ers as well as be involved & active w/ the planning/hosting
- non-CenTex NSX'ers w/ F1 USGP plans will be challenged to do back-to-back weekens in Austin

[III] Nov 16-18:
- weekend of F1 USGP in Austin
- this will let all those going to be in Austin for the F1 USGP attend this 2012 NSteXpo-NSX'Craze
- Ko-nsx will be unavailable, and he's a major planner/host who is involved & active w/ the event
- lack of 'da big KO & logistical challenges make this option a bit of a reach

Those who can't do due to unavailability, please comment.

Those who can't do [II] due to the F1 USGP, please comment.

Those who think [III] is a good idea, too bad - ha!

And plan B... a week in December when Ko-nsx is back from International duty.

Let's have this decided by this weekend...

I should be available on any Sunday for sure, Friday should be able to make it after about 6pm (as long as it's not the last week of the month), and any Saturday I would just show up after 8pm. Just moved to Austin a couple months ago from Pensacola, FL and my NSX is being shipped here to Austin today in fact. Should have it today or tomorrow. Hoping this works out to were I can come out and meet the NSX peeps here. So either option works for me bcuz I'm not going to be able to come out for the whole weekend anyway. So see ya there!

Osiris and KO. I'll let you guys decide and can help with the planning. It would be pretty fun to have two events to go to in November although the F1 weekend will really be focused on F1 rather than our cars and driving.
