There is a blue and a black 2017 available at Bedford Hills Acura here in Westchester County, NY. Dealer is dealing at invoice plus good money. General manager is Ed Serino, give him a call, see what you can do, if you're interested
I couldn’t resist. But who here will actually buy an orange car with a robin egg blue interior? I love the new orange color but the new interior color, wow. How do you pair the two? How does blue go with orange?

Thanks, that seems the best solution for your scenario. Did you order the second set of wheels at the same time as you configured your car, or did you do it later with your local dealer? Sorry to be intrusive - I'm just curious as to how this was handled.
I'm with you, I think it's a hideous combination.
Acura used to nix some combinations. Last time orange was an NSX color in the USA (2002-05) Acura wouldn't combine it with a red interior. Now they let you get orange with blue. Go figure.

When I ordered the car (February 2016) the parts system wasn't in place for ordering the second wheel set.
Plus my purchasing dealer was in WI (couldn't find an MSRP dealer with an allocation near me back then) and my local servicing dealer is in Chicago.
I doubt anyone will configure their car with blue and orange, unless they are a Chicago Bears fan! LOL But in all seriousness, I'm not sure why all the controversy. Acura is showcasing two new options. If you don't like it, order something else.
No controversy here. Just a little odd to have a blue interior on an orange car. But I think that blue would go really well with the nord grey or the black exterior. I suspect that the blue/orange combo was specifically to show off the two new color options for the car.
It wasn't feasible to show 2 new NC1s at Monterey so one car has to do the job of showing the 2 new aesthetic color options.

i suspect we will see a lot of orange/blue come october when the dealer cars hit the ground.

Maybe I’m old but I can’t see orange/blue helping with sales. Orange/black yes. Seems they’re not addressing the glaring issues, but doing what they can with minimal investment. Many comments here on incremental changes that would help.
And I love what McLaren does with orange accents with the black interior.
