When an individual types w/ the caps-lock key on, the forum software changes the text to as such that only the 1st letter of each word remains capitalized. I assume it's some sort of safe-guard.

There was a thread by some guy from Europe who said "trust me they will build the HSC" I was hoping he would reply to this thread.
