From my understanding (and I've only been active on this forum since October) "that" word is not welcome here in a derogatory manner. It's rude, offensive, and quite personal...
I would prob go back to the OP and just change it. :wink:
Some of us know people with severe learning disabilities. I, in fact, had a daughter who was mildy "retarded" and competed in the Special Olympics. Yes, that word is derogatory and hugely offensive, not only to me, but to many.
