Has anyone actually successfully installed the Tubi exhaust on a 97+ car. I'm very intrigued by the sound clip on the scuderia website but the design appears to have changed and after reading through this thread I don't see anyone with a 3.2L car having gotten their exhaust?

does anyone know when the exhausts will be delivered?
i wanted to have them installed same time as my oil change
i may wait if they are coming soon.

:smile: Talked with Matt this morning at Euro Tech and he said they have been shipped from Italy already. They should have them by Wednesday and then ship them right out to you.
I hope this is all worth the wait and $$! When you get your exhaust installed please post your critique of the sound,fit,look,etc... and if it was worth the wait.

Any word on whether the exhausts have shipped?

I talked to Matt at Euro Tech this morning and 10 units have arrived! :biggrin: He states they did install one and it fits perfect! Mine is being shipped today, I'll post updates and photos when installed. Can't wait to get this installed, it has be a long, long wait! :biggrin: :biggrin:

I live near Euro tech and I talked with the guys there Saturday, if I remember correctly, they said that not all ten units were sold. Some buyers flaked out. If you want I think you can get in the deal immediately and they can ship them out that day or the next I would think.

I just received mine today, but I havent had time to open up the box yet. I plan on putting it in this weekend while Im changing the oil. I'll post again with the results.

I took a peek in the box late last night. The layout is the same as in the test system that was pictured earlier in the thread. All of the pipes are polished now as opposed to those in the test system. It looks like some of the hangers were welded on after the polish step, so there was some weld spatter and oxidation at those joins. More on this after I'v installed it.

Just got mine today!

Will install it this weekend.

installed the tubi on my 1992 this morning. looks great, sounds great. just like the clips but with maybe a little more bass note.
BTW the clamps holding on the tips would not tighten enough for the muffler mechanics (they thought they might rotate and/or fall off) so they spotwelded the tips on.
i am happy.

OMG! Holy crap!!!

I just came back from test running it and that was definitely worth the wait!!! The movies and sound clips do not do it justice. The sound between 4000-6000RPM is incredible.

Anyway, I will try and write something useful regarding the install after Ive had a chance to calm down.

My car (Tino's old car) has Tubi exhaust, DC Headers, RM cf intake installed when I bought it.
(going back to the stock air box one of these days)
I had no idea how much better it sounded over other systems.
(Having heard several since the purchase)
The Tubi on my car probably has 20,000 miles on it, still looks brand new
& sounds great. I understand they sound better after a few thousand miles
over brand new, Glad this saga worked out for everyone!
BTW, Tino sent my cars stock exhaust to Tubi yrs ago to build a new jig for the NSX. Wonder if they still need it? :biggrin:

hmmm... This is rather interesting! How much was the final price for a TUBI in this group-buy?

Very intrigued w/ this prospect, to say the leasts!

Does anyone know if this exhaust will fit a 2005 car? Would extra piping be needed for this installation? How about the tips - I would think they would not fit in the single-tip sized opening in the rear valence of the 2002+ cars. Any help greatly appreciated!

Can't wait for your feeback having heard the Tubi on a 1994 (MCM's car). I'll gladly buy you coffee to hear how it sounds on a NA2 car.
