top 10 official ugliest / riced out nsx thread

it's back!!!

1) Will write it down the next time I see it and post on the web
2) Bay area meets, nsxprime
3) attached
4)The engine bay mods completely compliment other mods done in the engine bay. I think the only change I would make would be on the plaque to say, DEFINITELY 1 OF ONLY 1. Or "Powered by Honda".

"Did you see that awesome nsx with the red led in the engine bay to show off the custom plaque?"

"No, but I did see the nsx with the red leds in the engine bay to show off all those millions of AWESOME black vacuum lines, hoses, tubes, and wires running everywhere though. And the custom air intake with a cast iron sewage pipe clamp available at Home Depot"

I found my car!

http://www.ricedexotics.com/honda/nsx_030/

The second picture on the website was a photo a friend of mine posted on facebook. One of my friends, or friends of friends obviously hated it enough to post in on that website.

The first picture was from the dealership before I owned the car, it still has the dealer logo in place of an actual license plate. Before I bought the car and saw the pictures online I thought the paint job was tacky and that I would immediately repaint it back to white or perhaps change it to black. But when I saw it in real life, I saw the pearlescent effect on it that Leon (previous owner) had done to it, and I actually fell in love with it. The camera just doesn't do pearl colors justice. I guess in terms of racing stripes you either hate it or love it. I just think it's funny!

Isn't that car originally from Denver? The picture looks like the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs

That car was originally from Denver until I bought it in 2008. I lived in Colorado Springs until May of 2010, and yes that definitely was a picture of my friend and I driving in Garden of the Gods, and that picture was taken directly off my friend's facebook album which I find kind of funny.

That first picture was before I bought mine, and a second was submitted. I guess at least two different people hate my car :)

I prefer stock black hoses over colored silicone hoses..... those colored hoses look tacky to me.

I dont know I always liked this car. It went up for sale when I was looking for a NSX but the miles were just to high for me to handle.

Thanks! The mileage was definitely pretty high when I purchased it (157xxx) miles. I've since swapped in a 2004 model motor and 6 speed that had only 40K miles on it, so it's much newer now in terms of drivetrain. Other parts on the car still have wear on it from that mileage like CV joints and what not. It definitely is an acquired taste but by no means were mustangs the only cars to have racing stripes on them like that website says. I don't personally think it's ricey.
