Tendonitis - Golfer's elbow.. ouch

Sorry, nothing good for me, I am sorry, it was a failure in my case.
I have been wearing a band just below my elbow when i can.
Also at the gym I lay my arm down on a bench and with my opposite knee, I apply pressure to the area between my wrist and elbow. This seems to stretch things out inside and give me some relief.
I am going to go back and see Brent, he is physio therapist and he uses Graston Knifes on my arm. He has had some good results with me at times.

Sounds similar to ASTYM -- which is what they did to me. Made it MUCH worse.

I also do this.
I go to the gym almost every lunch.
After a shower I am in the steam room.
I take an instrument with me, lol, in my case a small rounded shave cream bottle, and since my arms and legs get slippery, I do my own knifing to my arms and body, If I go to hard, major bruises! Every little bit helps for me to try to break down the scar tissue and stretch out what ever is there.
I figure If I do what ever I can, thats better than sitting and doing nothing.

Sounds like yours is a lot better than mine. I can't do anything. As soon as I grip something, its like a knife in my elbow.

According to my doc, sitting and doing nothing is the best thing for it. What you are doing might be making it worse.

I am happy to hear you can at least work out still.
