I talked to Andreas, the price listed on sube's website IS already the discounted price. He said he takes 15% off from the list price for speeadtrial members.
This does not seem right, if they are selling the product at the regular price listed on their website, I would assume any sort of discount would be applied toward that. When a customer walks in the door, all of sudden they're selling the item at manufactuerer's list price?? Any sort of discount is applied toward the list cost?
Nowhere on their website states that their price is already discounted for speedtrial, or is the discounted price, or the prices they quote is ALREADY the discounted price, and the "regular" price is the manufacturer's list price.
I am more than happy to give a vendor my business, especially one that provides good customer service and store front to try things on, and explain things for me, as oppose to purchasing online. But, I also want a straight, honest vendor that does not play around with word games. It just doesn't give me confidence in doing business with them. Especially if we are talking about ~$20-50 margin here..
