When it comes to color I would say its easier to decide what color you DONT want. That way you are then focusing your efforts on finding the best NSX you can for your budget.
I think you are wise to consider a color you don't need to paint. I would imagine that if you paint the car you may not be able to recoup the cost when you decide to sell it, and it may make it more difficult to sell or impact resale value (some folks are suspicious of cars that have been repainted).
