So, tell me again, apparently I missed it, why were the previous posts deleted? Were there some implications I was not aware of?

There should be about 40 posts that should have been deleted before the three that actually were.

Okay you got me on the last part..LoL You do indeed posses fine wit!

The post deletes are a mystery to me as well ,but since the site is like a drug to me I'm not going piss off the dealer. Supposedly there are people helping to moniter post content and perhaps there was something you said they deemed worth banning. As they say "Who knows the ways of the gods"

Why don't you fill me in? This was my intention when I started this post, to get a idea about the 355 or 348 before I made the decision.
Instead, I was met with guns blaring.

Well dOh! What did you expect? If you want a pretty car that is as reliable as an underfed mule trying to haul 1500 lbs of rocks up the side of the Grand Canyon the by all means get the Ferrari. Make sure it has a fire extinguisher handy in the passenger compartment as well. (I think those come as standard factory equipment these days).

If you want a highly advanced, incredibly engineered sportscar that will not only eat a 348 or 355 alive but still be reliable and turn heads in 20 years get an NSX.

It's as simple as that.
 
Hugh..your gonna get all sorts of Ferrari owners all over you about how reliable their car has been and so on and so forth.

..I remember years ago when I was talking to a guy just after I sold my Ferrari, he was telling me how I shoulda kept it and his car was so great and NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS, I remember when he opened the glove box a pile of service receipts fell out, the car was only 3 years old at the time.


When I was working on Jaguars the same thing happened all the time, they go on and on about how wonderful the car is and how is never gives them any trouble..then you see the list of repairs a mile long that they conveniently forgot about.

If you want a Ferrari go get one, your not going to learn anything particularly unknown from a bunch of NSX owners.

I did decide and got a 348. I will let you know if and when I have any problems with it. Regarding tons of service records, this car only had one major service performed and one recall that was fixed when the car was one year old. It is a 92, fixed roof (Berlinetta) not the TS.

For those of you who were sincere, thank you.
For those of you who acted like Mr. Hugh and were not as welcoming, I have understood the reason for being skeptic, although the reason for being mean is not yet completely understood. I spoke to my friend who told me about this site, and he mentioned that often times people register to one of these sites, usually young kids, just try to stir trouble.

That was not my intention here. For those of you who Pm'd me, thank you for being so kind and generous. I will meet up with you guys soon enough.
