That car looks great... It must have been repainted once in CA?

I'm assuming the jams and bays are still grand prix white?

His car is a stock o2 oem front , and yes it fits but the sides extend out just a tad I believe , but to answer your question it fits

You mean it's too wide and extends past the fender or it's too long and it extends into the wheel well? Mine is a bit wide and does stick slightly past the fender right around where it curves back. I need a new one. I was using the vents to feed air to the brake duct but I may do away with that. Its either fix mine, get this downforce, or get a JP Aero.

What socold57 says is true. It was fit onto the 02 OEM bumper and, for the most part, the fitment is excellent. But, the ends sit about 1/8 inch into the wheel well. Maybe not even that much. It is only noticeable if you know what you are looking for. I'll see if i can rustle up some pics so you can see.

Yeah, IMHO it came out really nice. But if I were to do it again, I would probably have done a small matte vinyl wrap on it instead. That way I can change it up any time I want and reveal more or less of the CF that I desire.
