Radiator Fan not coming on

That part is over $100 if I remember right. Have you already verified it is bad using an ohmmeter, a thermometer and a pot of water on the stove?

Also, is your car a '91? The radiator thermistor was changed somewhere along the way. Same temp-resistance relationship, but different threads.

I have indeed sir. I did two things:

1. Jumpered the plug (verify relay and wiring there)
2. After the car reached 190-200 range, I put an ohmmeter to it and it read 5k. (should be around 200-400)

yes the car is a 91.

joys... with the changing of the thermistor. If this doesn't work w/ the fan control then i may just have to buy a new housing.

I thought there was still an uncertainty about there being an air pocket in the housing, which could cause a lower temp reading at the sensor. Sorry if I misunderstood.

Also ignore what I said about the sensors changing. After seeing your picture I went through and realized I was sent the wrong part at first when I replaced my temp sensor. They sent me find number 23 from the pic instead of 22!

Just a follow on:

The radiator fan switch is the right one.

At 220 ish the fan came on (low speed).
