Another great job Detlef! Hey did you get the sports modulo spoiler yet?

Hey did you get the sports modulo spoiler yet
Just cancelt my order for that spoiler, because the price information shocked me.
The Sports Modulo spoiler will cost 780.000 YEN = 9500 USD, so NO new spoiler

Last time I was the 1th company who bought an JDM NSX-R NA2 spoiler in year 2002.
Short time after I shipped the first ten units to USA, copies came out.

This time, another cf manufacturer should buy that expensive part, I have no interests.

hot performance til 700°^C

Detlet how heavy is the factory front bumper beam? I am windering what the weight savings are. Is it the same on all year unlike the rear beam?

The factory front bumper beam weighs in at 7750.079g (17.086lbs) (per the US OEM catalog)

7750.079g (17.086lbs) - 790g (1.741lbs) = 6960.079g (15.345lbs)

the weight of my 92 OEM fbb is over 10kg, also the rear one is over 10 kg.
Finally the reason for decision to built a superlight cf version of both beams.

The last picture shows the best and lightest version of our fbb.
The standard version is ~ 1.5 kg.

Are you still able to use the factory windshield wiper reservoir? It sits behind my OEM bumper beam. Do you have pics of the back side of this? Thanks

Yes, it can be attached as well.
The bracket from the reservoir can be installed at the rear part of the beam easily, as some of my customers did already.

I dont use that reservoir, so I havent it installed.

The Procar NSX-RR will get a new, more aggressive front look.
The middle part at the lower front bumper is black now, it will harmonize perfect with the new cf frontspoiler and cf splitter
Still busy to installing all parts and do the rest of the reinforcement work.

You might want to add these.... Nissan OEM rubber air deflectors for the front wheels. $15 ea. Part # is 62822-JK60A

Should be stiff enough to deflect the air, but still rubber if you run over something they will just bend back.

Great find CL65 CAPTAIN :eek::smile:

I was actually tinkering with a similar piece/concept using my old pliable fender liners

Indeed! I'd been looking for the same. The best one I could find was from a toyo mr-s. This look much more robust.

Detlef, did you post how much you're asking for the cf bumper?

The front bumper is Honda JDM NSX-R part, nothing special.

Only the bumper beam is carbonfiber, it helps to save a big amount of weight.

Its unbelievable how heavy an original front bumper is with all support frames
and original fbb.

Because the japanese wheels are very expensive, we plan to introduce
our own wheel setup.

Wheels are made in Germany by ATS Motorsport.
10 spoke wheel with 8kg front /9kg rear

colours:
silver
white
black
dark grey

front
8x17/offset 40 (30/35/45 available too)

rear
9x17/offset 40 (30/35/45 available too)
9x18/offset 40 (30/35/45 available too)
9.5x18/offset 40 (30/35/45 available too)
10x18/offset 40 (30/35/45 available too)

Prices and pictures as soon the first 2 sets are produced

The wheels comes with NSX center bore 70.1 and 64.1mm, so no centering rings

^ love the wheels... dark grey/black on a red NSX would look a killer

All the best,
Nuno

Especially if you had a red Acura/Honda logo on the center cap

my 1th 2 sets are 8x17ET40 and 9x17ET40 in white and dark grey.
Dark grey is a killer colour, thats right.
Cant wait to have them here.

Nuno, if you look at the picture with the big red jack, you can see all parts
which are necessary to lift the NSX on these wooden blocks.

Especially if you had a red Acura/Honda logo on the center cap
Flat center cap will come with the wheels with red or black H logo.
Cap is plastic or cf.

The wheels comes with a german TüV homologation (component certification)
