New 2004 nsx build

This is an amazing thread.

Im with Doc - I never thought that this NSX would run again.

If someone had of offered me that NSX for free I would have thought that there would be too much work taking the seats and everything in it of value out to sell for it to be worth the time.

Glad that there are people out there with greater vision than myself!

the sanding has begun. finally.

so next week sometime she will drive home. then test drive her for 2 weeks or 500 miles which ever comes first and she is for sale.

will get some youtube HD video of the car in action, and the paint job which makes this car beyond better than factory.

Im excited what average joe can say he is building 2 NSX's at the same time. haha

are you guys excited to see the end results?

really amazing job.

just wondering what your doing with the title..i see you said your an average joe so im pretty sure your not going to have it rebuilt? unless in florida you can drive on a salvage like cali?

i just know im illinois, you have to get it rebuilt before you can sell and get it titled and plated?

I got this NSX in January 2011 and its taken almost 1 year to complete.

after my constant battle with the parts Department at my local Acura Dealer I have learned alot.

we are in the final run now I see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I can smell the finish line.

stay tuned very soon I will write my final goodbye on this build.

stay tuned for my 2002 build and future NSX and non NSX builds.

go Prime

thanks guys, I wonder when it going to be done.
not looking forward to paying for 2 NSX's repairs right before christmas.

coal in boxes all around, its the gift that keeps on giving. J/K

wow this looks great.. i must admit though this would have bothered me.. I hate people putting things on their cars let alone mine and one I would be paying big money to have painted.

Never the less, AWESOME!! cant wait to see the finished product.

in that pic I dont think the front had been sanded yet.
so its not gonna hurt it ya know. but yeah I dont even like anyone leaning on my cars during a conversation

tomorrow excited yet?

as for the 2002 they welded on the rear so they are gonna paint the rear so you dont see bare aluminum that would be ugly
