It depends if you want your airbag active or not. I believe that is the wheel and the airbag cover, but the airbag and airbag inflator are not included. The airbag inflator isn't that difficult to transfer from your Acura wheel, but I would not try to reinstall an airbag in the airbag cover. Also, pulling the airbag and inflator out of your Acura airbag cover will make it worth a lot less. There are some issues shipping issues with airbag inflators so read the descriptions and shipping info carefully. I would drive the car for a few months to see if you actually like that wheel while keeping an eye on the prime classifieds, but if you do grab an "H" wheel & don't like it, you'll probably be able to sell it on Prime fairly easily for little loss.
This one has the airbag and inflator (see 2nd pic), but is missing the two trim pieces and the CC buttons, which would be easier to transfer over from your wheel. I don't understand all the wheels without the trim pieces - it seems so logical to keep them together.
If you're getting a wheel, I'd look for one that includes the airbag, inflator, CC buttons, & the trim.
Also, what is the condition of your OEM wheel? Do you need a new wheel or not? If not, perhaps just buy the airbag, inflator, and cover as a package, usually described as the airbag. They pop up on Prime every few months or so when someone goes for a Momo or S2000 wheel, or is cleaning out their garage, although sometimes not much less than the $500 for the wheel & airbag above.

You could even post a listing in the Parts Wanted for a JDM or Euro "H" airbag.
That pretty much IS what you do. (Plastic, NOT leather.) See the 2nd picture on the ebay listing I referenced above. I believe the part on the left is the complete inflator, airbag, & cover assembly, commonly called the airbag assembly, or casually referred to as the airbag. Verify it with the vendor - should have a yellow 2-pin plug, perhaps with a red safety plug inserted. See p24-34 of the 1997 service manual, available in the NSX Prime Library. You just:Condition of my current wheel is 10/10. No change is necessary, except the Acura bothers me, when rest of the car is H.
That is the only issue.
I wish you could just take the black leather part that says Acura and replace with the ones with the H, without messing with the airbag etc.

@Old Guy or @Honcho can chime in if I've missed anything. (read the section on shorting out the SRS system before working on it.) I just disconnect the battery & leave the car for a few hours. There should be a red airbag short connector attached to the trim piece, which attaches to the cable going to the airbag. Ebay listing is missing both but use the ones from your car. You can source that cable and a shorting connecter for your old airbag if you want.
- Disconnect the battery for a few hours.
- remove the 2 plastic trim pieces underneath the wheel.
- remove the 3 bolts holding the airbag assembly, Torx 30.
- unplug your "Acura" airbag assembly and save it.
- plug in your "H" airbag assembly
- attach the 3 bolts. (adjusting the airbag to line up with the wheel)
- reinstall the 2 trim pieces.
- Save your "A" airbag for the next owner and post the leftover wheel - someone will have scratched or worn theirs.
- Reconnect the battery.
I won't wade into the 25-year-old single state airbag vs. just your seatbelt debate but a few fatalities in the last few years from old airbags going off inappropriately. Mine is disconnected. Oops, guess I did wade in. Sorry.
If you have any concerns at all working with the SRS, don't do it; whoever did your engine work can change the airbag in a few minutes.
Most airbags are certified for 10-15 years. One of the reasons I replaced mine with the Type-S Momo was that I didn't want a 30-year old grenade sitting in front of my chest.Sorry in my younger days did the momo wheels, and hubs etc. Forgot all about it and have no more knowledge.
I didn't know if the plastic acura is separate from the rest of the airbag etc.. if it is.. then the swap should be easy.

I agree with Wild Turkey, the stickers don't add to the look of your pristine car and could be a safety concern.

I hate to be the contrarian, but I was stunned looking at that photo. I'm breaking my "it's your car; do what you want and not what other people think you should" rule. Before you consider H&R spacers, eibach springs, or a momo wheel, I think you need to fix your windshield and rear glass so you can see to the best of your ability and drive as safely as possible. Unless it's to be a garage queen, windows perform an important safety role. I'm surprised it passed a safety, but what kind of message is it sending to passersby? That informing people that a previous owner attended NSXPO in the remote past is more important than seeing a pedestrian crossing in front of you?
I desperately hope these blind spots don't lead to an accident and 1 less NSX on the road. More importantly, what if you hit a pedestrian or a cyclist? A design ethos of the NSX was its outstanding visibility; what would Nakano and Uehara think about intentionally reducing it? :rant off: Wish I was better at disagreeing without being disagreeable.
Transplant them to a thin piece of plexiglass on the engine cover? Stick them to the T-roof, trunk lid, or your toolbox?

Maybe I wouldn't have been able to resist a wee bit of driving such a new-to-me NSX myself. I'm sure I've done worse sometime at some point but driving the NSX really drives home the visibility issue with the sizes of pickups & the like these days.
