GT-One a very high quality stainless steel. It's not going to rust anytime soon. I wouldn't worry about it. You can wrap it with some thermal tape, but I am not sure it needs to be ceramic coated. I think there are better places to spend your money honestly.
Headers Recommendation... ?

I bought the Taitec headers from rjp here on Prime and I cant be more satisfied.. 
From what I can gather from this thread, any major name header is going to be better than what is stock on the 3.0 liter cars, correct?

I would say so...at least after seeing what the stock 3.0 manifold looks like. Yikes.
I love the sound of my Cantrell headers....seems like they put down lots of HP as well. I believe that the comptech ones were really good as well (when I was researching into it). Can't really comment on the others, but you pretty much can't lose (except maybe the DC sports and knock offs, which seem to have had a prior history of cracking, but I think they figured that issue out...)
