Holy ****!!! Now THAT'S funny!!!!

There is a bill that got accepted at US congress recently that barred online gaming sites to accept money from US credit cards. That does not mean poker/blackjack is illegal. There are other ways to get money on the sites, LEGALLY. Newsflash, there are HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of US people playing poker online and blackjack.
www.pokerstars.com www.fulltiltpoker.com www.pacificpoker.com the list goes on * 10.

PacificPoker?

I posted a question on pacificpoker's help page yesterday, and they sent this response via email:

Calling your own inflicted ownage is generally bad form, but there are exceptions. This is one of those exceptions.

YOU GOT PWNT! There hasn't been ownage like this since Kunte Kinte got off the boat.

And on this particular matter it is ABSOLUTELY AND BEYOND DOUBT a FACT that he DID NOT break any laws promoting that website.

Well since you put it in all caps, you must be correct. And here I am, reading the actual statute and lawyer-written articles. You should have done this sooner and saved me the trouble. But thanks for setting me straight.

As for the 15 year old girl, you people weren't the defendant, the victim, the jury, the judge. You have NO IDEA what went on. To forever mark his name as a pedophile? For having sex with a 15 year old and judged in the USA of all countries? Can you imagine how many cases there are of boyfriend having consesual sex with his girlfriend that later get convicted and registered sex offenders? Or girl suing because her parents found out and made her? The bottom line is that this is EXTREMELY presumptuous. And even if he was a pedophile (a pedophile is someone who's 20 and likes 15 year olds?

So how do YOU know what went on? The only person here who has seen the court file said, "I will say that this was no girl lying about her age." (K6AZ, post #1301 on pg 27.) Plus, his sockpuppet/shill Kevin1965 said that three other guys have convicted because she lied about her age. Smells like BS. There's more here than some Lolita luring unwary men with her siren song.

If you believe this you've never been a 20 year old male or you're a liar.[/i]), what business do YOU have to do this? I'm talking to Nxsprime.com webmasters right now, you have NO business doing this. This is NONE of your business and completely uncalled for.

I apologize for the angry post, I'm not normally an angry person but I don't think i've ever witnessed such unjustice on the internet before. I thank god I was raised better than the people of this thread.

Seriously, Brad, you're just another Nick sockpuppet/shill. Based on your abysmal command of the English language, I can tell that you are either Nick or another one of Nick's uneducated, white-trash pals - probably Kevin1965.

But you do get props for the Rocky Horror Picture Show reference.

It really does show the low level of intelligence and education of some of the Nick hating herd that they can only resort to abuse and insults when they come across a view that differs from theirs. Or is this typical behaviour in America these days?

There has been a lot of vicious and nasty behaviour on this thread from people who have proven themselves to be far, far worse than Nick. Just go back and look at the evil way some have behaved. And I bet that they think that they are Christians.

I suggest that some of you try reading Lord of the Flies, it will give you a mirror of your own lamentable sub-human behaviour.

And anyone who thinks that I am Nick is deluding themselves. He couldn't construct sentances in this style. Just as most of his attackers couldn't. It is obviously a matter of very poor education in America these days. Or lots of stupid genes being spread around.

Holy cow, I haven't seen finger waving like that since they took Arseino Hall off the air!

Absolutely. Being an affiliate of a legal gambling operation however, is completely legal. Back up your assertion that the specific gambling sites he was advertising are running their operations illegally?

Fair enough.

The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 has seven elements:

1. The defendant was engaged in the business of betting or wagering and
2. knowingly accepted
3. proceeds from a credit card, electronic funds transfer or check
4. in connection with with the participation of a bettor
5. in Internet gambling
6. that violates any other federal or state anti-gambling law
7. in which the bet or wager is initiated or received

That is a broad brush because gambling in general is illegal in most states. Of the states that have licensed casinos, none have authorized Internet gambling. Put shortly, if you take money bets from US customers then you are in violation of the law.

That's why it is illegal and that's why so many on-line casinos no longer take bets from US customers.

You may still claims that Nick is not "engaged in the business of betting or wagering." While that may be true in the ordinary sense of the phrase, the law says that someone who "aids or abets" the commission of a crime is just as guilty as the person who actually did the deed.

All it would take is probe from the IRS to find out where he gets his money and he's back in the slammer.

I've been debating calling his local IRS office. If his operation is as robust as he claims (able to buy a NSX and 911 turbo), I'll get 30% of the money the IRS seizes!

One question keeps nagging at me after slogging away though these posts. How does an "average citizen" run someone's plate and get their address credit information for posting on this website? Was this a police officer? If so it would seem to be a horrible misuse of his authority to do this. And how could one afford an NSX on a police officer's salary?

I wonder how any of you would like to be pulled over by Officer Billy Bob on some S.C. backroad in your hot little sports cars late some night? Keeping in mind, of course his penchant for abusing his power.

Is it finally locked?

edit: clearly not, but what happened to the other 4 pages?

Which is why Google, Yahoo and others just settled with he DOJ for 31.5 Million for accpting internet gambling ads. Link. Advertising for online gambling companies is illegal.

You notice how much this thing has spread? To like what over 300 forums now, not to mention some news sites. Not everyone posting has an NSX. I'm here from a celica forum for christs sake. And if you want to get technical (which i dont prefer) it was under suspicion that the guy was running an illegal gambling site.

So you are telling me that he posted this as part of an official investigattion???? Get real! If I were Sitko's atty, I would hang him out to dry. The only thing worse than a child abuser IMHO is a bad cop.

The person probably has Lexis/Nexis, a huge online information service. One of the services is a property search, and it has tons of data for real estate, boats, planes and other vehicles. It is good for finding property to seize when you have someone who won't pay a judgment. Lots of law students have free access to it. Lexis/Nexis KICKS ASS!

Well I got to page 15... and HAD to post it on my site... add another 10 viewers...

Yet another kiwi added to the list of LOL

Oh yeah, I am not a cage driver, but I still have a Honda CX400C 1983

Indeed. Well it's good know the webmasters of this page have probably made over 1000$ ruining his life. I don't know any responsible forum "admins" that would let this go on as long as it has. And to actually profit from this? I'd be ashamed to be a part of this website.

In this thread anyone who is actually decent enough to point out this blatant bullying gets accused for being Nick under alias and an army of badly raised 14 year olds with poor photoshop skills spamming *pwned*. As if nobody but Nick himself would come to his defence? To those whom this concerns, are your morals seriously so twisted that you figure that's the only explanation?
I seriously doubt Nick has even been reading this past page 3. I know if I had hundreds of people calling me a pedophile and through each comment go out of their ways to make my life worse, I wouldn't have the stomach to read it all. At some point I'd break down. Maybe I'm just weak.

I've been on the internet for alot of years and thus seen alot of immaturity and mean behavior from people under aliases. But never before have i seen anything makes me lose as much faith in humanity. Seriously. You people are FAR worse than Nick. You people are DISGUSTING. What gives you the right to be the police and judge? To take it upon yourself to ruin his life because of some weak as assumptions that are highly exaggerated and in most cases false, due to extraordinary ignorance displayed by many here in this thread. He was an affiliate of website promoting them for them. There is a bill that got accepted at US congress recently that barred online gaming sites to accept money from US credit cards. What a moron. Whatever the case may be, he was convicted of it and in the eyes OF THE LAW, he is a pedophile. Period. Just because we call him that 10,000 times over doesn't make it any worse than the one time a judge did.

AAAAhahahahah..I lurk here and just had to post up and say all time best ownage ever!

...I was linked here from my home site crxcommunity.com..

Glad to know this pedo doesn't own a NSX anymore.

Viva La NSXPrime!
