I heard it on clubxb first...and told my friend how funny it was and how it would end up on viperalley (they are a hard group also..lol) and sure enough it made it there. This def. ranks up there in top threads!

Very entertaining thread. Best that's been around for a long time.

About him taking legal action. It would be a very long and expensive venture. He'd have to go against individual members, and not Prime itself. I didn't read the rules when I registered, but i'm pretty sure that just like every forum there's the thing in there about how they're not responsible for what's posted and such.

I'm no expert, but wouldn't he have to sue for some sort of damages? Like a lost profit because of the posting here? I don't see how that could be done if he's running an illegal gambling site I don't think the court would agree that this site caused him to lose profits on something he can't legally make profits on or operate anyways. And I doubt that this thread would be keeping him from getting a regular job. I'd think that it would be more or less the fact that he's a registered sex offender that probably would keep him from getting a job. Most employers these days don't like to see people with felonies and such.
