Hmm, I wonder if those tires were planted like that OR
Last week some new regulations were passed at the landfill. I received a phone call from the company that supplies us with dumpsters. The letter said tires put into the landfill in one peice float to the top of the landfill when the trash rots and gives off gas. I wonder if this is how the tires surface?
