I been searching and i havent found much on changing this? How often do ppl change theirs and what do you use?

I just bought some Mobil 1 Synthetic 75w-90 Gear Oil and was wondering if it was NSX worthy?

Before i go out in the garage to change mine i just want others opinions before i go and do something stupid.....

If you are asking about changing the differential's oil then:

The NSX has a transverse engine layout with a transaxle, just like a front-wheel-drive car. The transmission and differential are packaged together in the transaxle and use the same fluid to lubricate both. Since the transmission and differential use the same fluid, replace the transmission fluid the same way you would normally.

For a street-driven car, it's hard to beat the Honda (or Acura) Manual Transmission Fluid (MTF). While you can use 75w-90 gear oil, it takes longer for it to warm up and the car won't shift as smoothly when the oil is cold. Just stick with the OEM stuff, grab 3 quarts, and you'll be good to go.

Transaxle(diff and trans are one assembly and share the same lubricant) uses Honda/Acura MTL. Should be changed every 30K miles if I recall correctly.

Awesome thanks guys....

No wonder why i didnt find a thread on the rear differential....

So changing the transmission fluid is what i need to do...

do you fill MTF thru the speed sensor?

No problemo. It is an easy, less than 20 minute job as long as you have the right tools.
