Car museum tips in northern Italy?

Going there in two weeks, and figured I'd visit some Lambo, Ferrari and other car museums.

Does anyone have any good tips on where to go and what to see? I know there are more than one Ferrari museum.

I know Modena has the Ferrari factory and the Lambo factory, but are there things to see there except for some assembly plants? If so, what are they (museums) called?
