Buzz with key on...

I'm getting a distinct, middle frequency electic buzz (higher frequency than a hum but lower than a squeel) when I turn the key to the "on" position. With everything (steroe, A/C, etc...) off. Its coming from the console between the seat around the shifter or forward. I thought it might be some pressure accumulator or electronic brake/traction thing but I can NOT hear it when I'm directly under it under/outside the car
I'm new to the NSX and have noticed that even with the A/C off, I have a little green light glowing in the "fresh air" swith on the dash.

This buzz does not change as I turn the Bose stereo on/off, cycle the A/C, start the car, etc...

sometimes you can fix it - sometimes you need a new one... like i do :frown:
