The amount of effort this took to find what was ultimately very simple is sooo frustrating.

As I mentioned above the brown 4 wire connector would make the headlights come off and on with just the key on. So I started loosely plugging and unplugging it listening for relays and then one by one unplugged all of the clicking relays until only one was left. Whoever did this install was a ninja...it wasn't underneath the fuse box...it was inside of it!
