Bruce Wayne build - And the long build starts to my 91

When I owned the car i lived near Bobcor in NJ...great alfa only shop back in the day.

It's pretty straight forward as far as wiring goes. 4 things need converters to work properly. If your interested pm me and I'll explain further

Some updates on the car. Tonight I swapped out my tired comptech spring/Koni yellow shock setup for a set of JIC coilovers. What a difference in ride and handling. These things are amazing!

Also painted the s2000 cluster trim bracket satin black. Way better I think instead of the bare aluminium.

Thanks MSR for the JIC coilovers, I'm gonna love tracking the car now with your custom setup!

Finally got back all my brakes stuff from my Cnc guy. I'll be installing them this weekend hopefully as long as I get the Calipers back from paint by Friday!

I'll post pics soon with details about the biasing.

Stayed up late last night putting it all together. I think it's was 3am when we finished.

It all went together great. I was only able to go around the block to test last night but I will be driving it about 150 KMs today so I'll post reviews later on how it feels and stops.

The brakes are working perfectly! I could not be happier with this setup totally exceeded my expectations. The pedal feel is exactly like OEM which is great cause I was worries volume might be an issue but no it worked out perfect.

Also made a purchase yesterday. Another part to add to the turbo build pile for next year.

The brakes look amazing. I love the orange and the NSX/silhouette.
Would it have been a lot of hassle to mask off the hard lines and fittings?

Very nice! Which Exedy model did you pick up?

I like the photoshoot too. Especially that you have a NSX/EK hatch combo.
I've got a GPW/VSM combo myself.

On the original brembo caliper the hard lines are painted also. This is why I kept it the same.

It's a twin ceramic but modified for more clamp load. A friend works at Exedy

Oh, I didn't know that. I wonder if that's for extra protection from the elements/rust.

Ah, so a custom HM012SD? I want to eventually go with a HM012SD.
