As I was driving today, I thought to myself: Wow...my car is going to be 13 years old soon. Then I asked myself two questions: 1) what did other "exotic" cars look like 13 years ago? and 2) Could I pass my car off as new? or better yet, to a very amateur enthusiast, as a 200? prototype?

Our cars looked light years ahead of other exotics of its earlier times!!

It's just sick how amazing our cars are!

another reason why its expensive.. endless beauty that attracts everybody.

its not too boxy nor too round. just perfect mix..

I agree. the NSX is, like the Ferrari 328, the Testarossa or the Ferrari 355, a classic beauty that will always look good.

I am not so sure about a 911-996, the F348 or a Modena-non-Spyder how it will appeal people in 15 years...

yah the 355 is definitely a time less beauty...

but the nsx i have to credit to the engineers and designers to build a car the stand still over time is remaekable...

hey maybe these guys were from the future who travelled back in time to build the nsx...

people always i ask me "what year is your car?"

so i ask them "what year do you think it is?"

they always think it's brand new or newer say 96 and up

damn the car is almost 13 years old...

And Brian... the NSX even looks great in W-i-d-e-a-n-g-l-e...

Thanks again for checking out the car for me.

As Automobile magazine pointed out a year or so ago, the NSX will someday be at the Concours de Elegance.

need to hook up that garage so it can be up to standard with your beautiful rides.

Kinda funny

you bring up this subject. When I was at the NOPI show this past weekend I had a few lookers come by and ask if the cars were brand new or maybe just a year or two old. Obviously they weren't looking at my tag, but they were totally blown away about the fact of them ranging from a '91-'94. Made me feel pretty good knowing that people think it is new. Makes all that cleaning worth it all.
