WTB: your NSX <100K miles 30K

I'm looking for an NSX (finally)! It must have:
-less than 100,000 miles
-a price tag under $30,000 USD
-a manual transmission

I would also really like (in order of preference):
-a coupe
-a nicely documented maintenance history
-neither red nor yellow
-little to no mods, although wheels are fine

I am in Alexandria, VA but I'm willing to fly anywhere to look at a compelling NSX.
