This is purportedly a recording of a phone call from a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant manager in the Dallas area calling his boss to let him know he'll be late for a meeting. That tape is hilarious....Texas justice at work!! The thing is, the guy that caused the accident drove off, so I hope someone got his license plate number to pay for the damage to the Impala that got hit.
