Where to do buyer inspection around Wash. DC?

I want to get a pre-buy inspection done. Which is the best place around Wash. DC for inspection (and service)?

If you need a MD inspection, check out Rosenthal Acura. They did my NSX and I didn't have any problems with them. I still go to them for parts. Great prices and service.

In Va, I would check out Pohanka Acura. I HAVE NOT used them before but I know they have/had 2-3 NSX models there so they may have more experience than others. (They hosted the last NSX meet that I attended).
