Weird ebay auctions

If you had to find it the hard way, I guess that it really wasn't that hard.

I don't know if that is hilarious or just really bizarre.

but here's a pretty funny question asked of the seller

Q: are you a morion

A: I'm not sure I know what a "morion" is. I'm thinking it might be an astrological sign from an alien planet. Since you asked the question, why don't you tell me. And let me know what galaxy you're from. Curious minds wish to know. Now the other possibility is that you are someone for whom English is a second language. In that case, I have two choices: (1) I can take the politically correct high ground and cut you some slack; or (2) I can act like an ugly American and make fun of you for your poor language skills. I think I'll pick option number 2, jodans318. In doing a little background checking, I see you're from New York and you last bought something called a " Tamagotchi Connection, Orange With Bursts." So I take this to mean you must be about 12 years old. So therefore I excuse your poor language skills. Don't forget to do your homework over the weekend - You need more education.

One of my favorites was the guy a couple of years back who was selling "nothing". I wish I still had the link, he actually made a few bucks off of it too.

Per item descripiton:
Operating conditions: all weather, with ambient temperatures ranging from -40° F to +147° F

Just the fact someone has 400k of them has me worried. Worse yet there is a bidder. So there are 2 people who think they need to have 400,000 gas masks.

I remember this one! I had copied the text to a file and found it. Here it is.

NOTHING FOR SALE

I am legitimately trying to sell nothing.

It is hard to describe nothing but I can tell you that it is nothing like anything
you have ever seen. There is no photo available because I do not know how to
take a picture of nothing.

Some sellers have tried to trick buyers into buying nothing. This is not my goal.
I am really trying to sell nothing. My friends tell me that people will buy
anything on eBay. Now I want to see if I it is possible to sell nothing. I also
want to find out how much nothing is worth to someone? I want to find out the
price of nothing.

If you want to be the first person to buy nothing from me, bid on this item. Bid
as high or as low as you want to (there is no reserve price). I may or may not try
to sell nothing again; it depends on how well this auction goes. But if you want
to be the first one to buy nothing from me, then go ahead and bid on this item.

Note: If you bid on this item, you are bidding on nothing. If you end up with the winning bid,
you will get nothing. I will ship nothing to you. There are no shipping costs
associated with this item because it costs nothing to ship nothing.
