I don't think you're going to have a lot of luck finding a silver, blue, red or white "used" 02/03 NSX for sale; much less one with an owner that is interested in a (extremely partial) trade on a Camaro.
Once you're talking about an 02 or 03, you're talking about upwards of $70-$80 grand (on the low side). Why not just sell the Camaro privately and buy an 02 holdover model or brand new 03 from a dealer?
