God I love Seattle. The estimate ours to be worth $400k. Pretty cool since we bought it in 5/04 for $295k. The market here has gone nuts.
The last estimate I had 4 months ago had it at $385k, so they're pretty close.

no kidding, market here is insane.

Yeah the Est was within 20k of what our last App was, and that's 200k more than what I paid 2.5 years ago,...every Agent,developer,Investor I have spoken with says there is no bubble bursting anytime soon.

About as accurate as snake oil. I looked up some properties that were undervalued and overvalued that I recently moved. Your realtor knows.

I looked up both of my homes. My primary residence had the wrong number of bedrooms and bathrooms and over estimated its value by more than $200k. I know this because I just had it appraised 2 months ago.

The second home had the wrong number of rooms and square footage and over estimated its value by almost $200k.

all my details came out right, but i think price was about $25k too high, just had it appraised too...

It got my house's value about right,
but the square footage was off by about +40%.

My square footage was off by 4k and the apprasial was only a little over 1.2 million off...........

My old house square footage was listed correctly, and it was only off by about 200,000 off sale price.
