Volk Gt-v Vs. Volk Gt-f, What Say You?

Hey guys! I'm planning to place an order for some Volks & wanted to get a running tally help from Prime to help me make my difficult decision between GTV Mercury Silver OR GTF Mercury Silver which images are on SOS website on Silverstone NSX. Hands down I know I can't go wrong with GTV since everyone agrees it's a sexy wheel after looking at Ericks, Todds, Art, etc., but only I haven't seen any GTFs on NSX yet. What do you think? 7 We'll tally the votes.

Tough Call! I love my GT-V's, but like the GT-F too. I wish I could see a set of the GT-V in silver on my LBB ... might look better?

Thats a hard choice, they both look so good on this car. Im personally going with the GT-F when I decide to get wheels. But cant go wrong with what ever you go with:smile:

Trye, I have to go with GT-V's until I see a GT-F on an NSX. It is a nice wheel though. I'd like to see those with a fat lip!

First time I'm seeing the GTFs, and am really liking them in the Titanium Gunmetal! I've seen too many GTVs already :tongue:

I think I'm ready for a new set of wheels already!

I think they are both very classy designs. However, I'm really excited about the new MDC finish available with the GT-F where the wheel center is painted then the top surface is machined. The effect is very nice and unique for an aftermarket wheel.

We have several sets coming in for customers already of this new wheel and ordered an extra set of the Gunmetal / MDC finish which I think would look awesome on a darker silver car.

Hi Todd, They hooked me up with the same set up as you, but I'm going Mercury Silver. The Yellow NSX on SOS Page with the Std. Silver seemed to dull. So Brandon (Brandonson) had a link since he's the only one with Mercury Silver. Then I Googled GTV & Found these & closed the deal. When my friend photochoped the GTF, eventhough it didn't give it justice, it just seem to have too many spokes & I know exactly how the GTV looks by your images & the ones I found.

I was really unsure of the color I got, but they really grew on me. I definitely like the silver and think they will look perfect on your Silverstone. My LBB is so "blingy" with chrome wheels....takes all the aggressive look right out of it!

When I bought my NSX, it had chrome HP Evos.... talk about over the top! I had to go 180 degrees from "bling" so I bought the Titanium Gunmetal.

Chrome GT-V's on Silverstone = Perfection!

I have to be honest here, when I first saw the GT-F's, I REALLY liked them. However, after seeing them in person, something about the 2-tone color scheme really didn't look right. If you truly are planning on ordering GT-F's, then please try to see them in person first. My vote is for the GTV's.
