VIN of the yellow/yellow NSX in the commercial

I'm wondering if anybody knows where was the demo yellow/yellow NSX in the commercial picture? Was it sold in the market or anyone special is keeping that yellow NSX? What year was it and the VIN for it?

some are owned by Honda they have a small fleet of NSX's they do for promotions etc. so I was told.
