Ouch that sucks, they eliminated a lot of those in BC canada because people would just deny it was them driving. Prosecutor couldnt prove that it was so would get thrown out.

My buddy is an idiot and runs red lights all the time apparently but has gotten 3 of them thrown out. Just said it wasnt him driving and that a buddy borrowed his car. Court system is so backed up that it takes over a year just to get a court date, so loss of memory of who borrowed your car is very common lol.
