Are the interior pieces full carbon fiber, or CF-wrapped OEM parts?

Depends on which interior parts you are asking about....the interior door handles are full carbon replacements, thus no core exchange needed.

A good indication is if the parts need a core exchange, they use OEM parts. The larger 2 piece interior dash kit for example is an extremely complex structure. We use the OEM Acura dash assemblies, check out our video here that explains it:
