He is talking about the 2 top connectors going into the TCS unit. Again - if your NSX is a 91-94 the Smart TCS is so cool / cheap / easy to install I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't want one.

If you always turn it off, why don't you get <a href="http://www.daliracing.com/v666-5/catalog/index_browse_part.cfm?focus=385"> this</a>

I side with ken on this one.I remember a post where the guy let his friend drive his NSX in a parking lot and there was an accident.the other guys lawyer said they would not pay because the NSX had race pedels and were the cause and the car was not streetable just due to the pedals. all I remember.and i have given my attorney a ride in my car and his two sentences were: wow this is awesome..and you better not get in an accident even if its not your fault because you have altered your srs with the aftermarket momo wheel and I live in a no fault stateOriginally posted by nsxtasy:
Just remember to re-connect it if and when you sell the car, or at a minimum, specify in writing that it is disconnected and you are not liable for anything that may occur as a result of its disconnection. Selling a car with a safety system disabled could be dangerous and it's possible that you could be held liable without such a disclaimer. I suppose it's even possible if you let anyone else drive your car.
I'm sure the lawyers among us can provide additional comment regarding this issue and how best to address it.
